Shipping Policy

In most cases your product will ship the day after if not the day of your order.  However we do request a 3 day handling period before contacting us about your product's shipment. Tracking information will be sent to the email you provide at checkout.

Our Return and Refund policy guidelines:

  • Satisfaction guarantee:   Initiate return within 14 days for any reason.  Buyer must pay return shipping costs.
  • Terms for defective product:   30 days to return for refund.  Please send photo or information about any defects before shipping product.  Contact:  Returns@WristRoller.com
  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7 days of receiving the returned item.
